The Pushcart Prize: Best of the Small Presses series, published every year since 1976, is the most honored literary project in America. I'm just back from the post office over on Main Street, where I put this year's nominations for The Pushcart Prize: Best of the Small Presses in the mail. No nominations can be returned.
